In addition to Front Gate Tickets other terms and conditions, I understand and acknowledge that all ticket purchases for any Born In Rocklahoma LLC, event are final and non-refundable for any reason.

I understand that if I do not attend the Event or the Event does not happen or is canceled in whole or in part for any reason, I may not receive a refund of any portion of my ticket purchase. This includes if all or part of the event is canceled due to dangerous weather, pandemic or other reasons outside of the festivals control. Festival performers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if a festival performer is changed or cancelled.

At the sole discretion of Born In Rocklahoma LLC (“BIR”), I may receive a partial or full credit (“Credit”) that I can use towards the purchase of a ticket to another festival produced by BIR. After I receive the Credit, if any, it must be used within 365 days. Use of the Credit is subject to the availability of tickets for the other BIR events and I am not guaranteed a ticket to the festival of my choice.

BIR is committed to the health and safety of all patrons and staff. Enhanced safety measures will be in place based on the latest guidance from city, county and state government health officials and will follow industry standards to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the festival. Patrons and staff will be required to follow all safety precautions for admittance. All safety measures will be published prior to the event, posted at all entrances and enforced throughout the event.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against BIR, Event Partners, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks. COVID-19 health and safety protocols (including the requirement of a negative test and/or vaccination) may be implemented at any time. The execution of said protocols are assumed by the purchaser and do not open the event to chargebacks or refunds.
