WRISTBAND F.A.Q.

CAN I SHARE MY WRISTBAND WITH A FRIEND?

Wristbands are non-transferrable. Once you place your wristband on your arm, it controls entry for you for the entire weekend based on your original purchase. Any wristbands that are tampered with are grounds for removal from the festival.

WHAT ACCESS DOES MY WRISTBAND HAVE?

Your unique RFID code will allow access to any and all areas included with your festival purchase. For example, all wristbands will have access to the festival grounds, however based on your purchase, your wristband may also have access to the VIP areas.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY WRISTBAND?

It is highly recommended that you register your wristband. Each individual festival goer should register individually. This will also allow for easier replacement if your wristband is lost or damaged.

I ACCIDENTLY TIGHTENED OR DAMANGED MY WRISTBAND BEFORE PLACING IT ON MY WRIST. WHAT NOW?

If your wristband has been tightened or is damaged, please call Elevate Ticket Purchase Support at 1-855-414-6341 in advance of the festival. Your original RFID chip will be invalidated and a replacement will be available for pick up at will call the weekend of the festival. Replacement fees may apply.

LOST OR STOLEN WRISTBAND.

If your wristband has been lost or stolen, please call 866-310-2288 in advance of the festival. Your original RFID chip will be invalidated and a replacement will be sent to you (replacement fees may apply).

WILL MY WRISTBAND ALLOW ME TO LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

Yes, re-entry is allowed for all Rocklahoma attendees.

DOES IT MATTER WHICH WRIST I WEAR MY WRISTBAND ON?

No, either arm will work however we recommend wearing your wristband on your right arm.
