Below is what we need from you for the upgrade process to work smoothly!

    Please be patient, the renewal window just closed on January 30 and it takes the team a few days to organize all the orders before upgrade outreach can begin. We will upgrade based on the order of when you purchased your renewal passes.

    Please don’t call us; if you have requested an upgrade, we will call you when it’s your time in the queue. The upgrade process takes a lot of time to work through and we need the phone lines open so we can call YOU!

    If you have simply requested your seats/camping moved closer, we will move you if there is availability, and send a new email confirmation with the new locations. If you listed specific locations, we will call you.

    Make sure your voice mail box is set up and empty so we can leave you a message if you do not answer.

    CHECK YOUR VOICEMAIL MESSAGES, listen to the message and then call us back in a within 24 hours. We cannot hold passes or campsites longer than that.

    If your phone “is not accepting calls at this time” we will email you so, check your emails!
