Food Exhibitors

Calling all Food Exhibitors, Culinary Operators, Chefs, Food Trucks, Food Trailers and tented food exhibitors with a passion for serving up delicious eats and signature dishes - apply to become part of the Rocklahoma Family.

  • Truck/trailer applicants' must measure less than 40 feet in length
  • Meet all state & local requirements (taxes, permits, health codes)
  • Exhibit, sell & display within confines of truck, trailer and/or tent
  • Meet the demand of hungry festival goers
  • Operate during all festival hours
  • Complete a standard exhibitor agreement
  • Provide required insurance certificate
  • Agree to all components of application and exhibitor agreement
  • All exhibitors must supply flooring (tarp+plywood) that is mopped and kept clean throughout festival in compliance with Mayes County health department regulations

Food Exhibitor Perks

What is included for food exhibitors?

  • Electricity (single phase).
  • Standard water connection.
  • Festival issued banner with exhibitor name.
  • Weekend working wristbands for staff.
  • Two (2) staff parking passes at a designated staff/vendor parking lot.
  • Listing on festival website.

Add On's Available for an additional fee:

  • Tables - $10 per table
  • Chairs - $5 per chair
  • WiFi (internet) - $200

You are welcome to display your food products, displays and signage inside of your food structure. In order to provide a pleasant experience; products, displays and signage will not be allowed to be hung on the outside of any food structure, extend beyond your space or be hung on wood facades.

Partial list of disallowed products to be exhibited or sold (subject to change):

  • Unlicensed merchandise
  • Performing artist merchandise
  • Trade marked festival branded merchandise baring festival name or likeness
  • Food or beverage products that may be consumed without approval from the festival (which requires exhibitor to apply as a food exhibitor).
  • Alcohol, Water, Carbonated Beverages, Bottled Beverages (all beverages must be pre-approved)
  • Tobacco products
  • E-Cigs / Vape -Drugs (including over-the-counter), supplements, vitamins.
  • Drug paraphernalia
  • Bottles, glass containers or cans.
  • Any meat product from outside the State of Oklahoma
